I believe this restaurant would be found in Ralston because it is a Vietnamese restaurant and Ralston has a huge immigrant population from Vietnam and from other countries in Asia. I also feel as though this place is a huge touristy place because it is an island, and that brings a lot of people, so having restaurants that aren’t the norm in Vermont is a good idea. There is not many Chinese, Vietnamese, or Thai food places in Vermont. We are in need of a lot more ethnically diverse eating joints because if Ralston has so many diverse cultures, we want them to feel comfortable and like its home.
