I suspect that the flier that I created would be encountered in the city of Ralston, because I know with a city as diverse as Ralston would have to deal with the issue of invasive species. I think that the citizens of Ralston would naturally be concerned by this, and would want to do something about it. The citizens would want to preserve their environment, and I believe would take radical action to protect their environment. But it is a civilized, liberal city, so I assume that the citizens would work inside the system. Hence, why I centered the flier around fixing the problem by submitting policy suggestions to the local government.
